Description
Growth oriented Manufacturing Company seeks talented Systems Support Administrator for the Wilmington DE location. The candidate will be the frontline of support for iSeries and InforXA (Mapics) install base. The Systems Support Administrator will handle daily operations while trouble shooting user issues and writing reports. The qualified candidate will have two or more years of experience and a strong knowledge of the iSeries operating system, Query and hardware devices ; AS400. Strong knowledge of ERP and management of service requests, report writing, daily operational issues and troubleshooting of users issues. Candidate must also possess excellent organizational/interpersonal skills as well as a willingness to travel to US locations (travel 10%) Experience with Infor XA, Vanguard GPS, Network, and PC experience is a definite plus.
