Description
Robert Half Technology is currently seeking an individual to work as a Systems Support Analyst II for a client in Charlotte NC. As a Systems Analyst, you would serve as a primary support contact for both internal and remote employees and clients. We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, highly motivated individual. A strong emphasis is placed on providing a timely resolution to support requests and quality of customer service. Candidates must be flexible to work Monday thru Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Occasional 24/7 on call support required. Occasional weekend work required.As a Systems Support Analyst II, the qualified candidate should have:• Strong verbal and written communication skills and be detailed oriented with the ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environment.• A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills• 3 years experience with all aspects of PC and laptop hardware setup/maintenance, including installation and configuration of hard drives, NIC's, printers, and other PC accessories. • 3 years experience with workstation software installation, including experience with PC imaging software programs.• 3 years troubleshooting experience with Microsoft OS platforms including DOS/NT/2000/XP.• Working knowledge of relational database concepts.• Expertise creating and maintaining technical documentation.• Expertise with Microsoft Office, 2000, XP, and 2003 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).• Previous experience with client setup for wireless networks.• Experience providing end-user software training.• Microsoft certifications are preferred.• Citrix support experience a plus. Primary responsibilities include:• Proving second level technical support to internal and remote employees and clients• Resolving more complex issues requiring detailed systems and applications knowledge• PC Imaging and configuration• Inventory and licensing management• Create and provide software training courses for employees• Technical documentation Additional responsibilities• Software upgrades and installation• Telecom support and troubleshooting• AV setup and troubleshooting• Collaborating with vendors, employees, and IT staff to provide technical solutions
