Tremendous opportunity with a leading Telecommunications Firm! Are you ready to be a Systems Administor with a leading Telecommunications Firm? Are you a Self Starter with a desire for continuous learning? Then we have a position for you! A leader in the Telecommunications Industry is looking for a Systems Administrator who will support the new ISAIC Replacement project that will deliver a new VoIP-based network platform that provides Interactive Voice-repsonse features and capabilities for Network Services, such as Advanced 8YY Services. You will be responsible for critical operations support of the eApplications/Voicetone Service line and you will manage 3 IVR platforms and provide Tier 1 support to two others. In addition, you will be managing the clients ticket queue, monitoring the alerts for each platform, managing external vendors, managing remote hands for our IDC sites, handling external/internal customer requests, managing/participating in outages, initial problem determination with escalation to higher tiered support as necessary for voice/data circuit-server-application-and/or network issues, sending necessary notifications to management, partners, and customers, etc. Experience with Linux Server Administration, Networking/WAN, Oracle Administration, and Server Administration is key to your success in this role!
