Project Description: Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer system by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Confers with personnel of organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific ways to apply technology to improve efficiency and create ROI. Write reports and executive proposals for improved application of IT technology to solve complex business problems. Prepares prototypes and proof of concept designs. May be requested to prepare time and cost estimates for completing and implementing proposed solutions. Directs and coordinates work of others to develop, test, install, and prototype solutions.Required Skills: System Analyst.Will be paid on W-2 basis only.
