We have a full time (permanent) opening for a Systems Analyst II with one of our clients at Agoura Hills, CA, 91301. Please see the job description. If interested, please send your updated resume as a word attachment with the details provided.

This is a direct hire position which takes only US citizenship or green card resident status.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Providing analysis and recommendations; may also provide consultation and/or advice
- Developing detailed functional specifications and project documentation for moderately complex projects
- Generating program change requests (including screen shots, data flow, table references, etc.) from existing business requirement documents
- Acting as liaison between technical and business groups to resolve issues
- Influencing and advising business or project team on project scope
- May be responsible for creating and/or providing test plans
- Participating in testing or acting as liaison with QA team to ensure completion of testing
- Participating in meetings to discuss analysis efforts, software solutions, departmental process, and other departmental issues
- Communicating with management of all levels on status reporting and issue resolution
- Working on assignments where judgment is required in resolving problems and making recommendations

A Successful Candidate Will Have:
- Bachelor-s (or equivalent) degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (and/or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of Systems Analysis and/or relevant technical experience
- Knowledge of systems analysis, data modeling and data analysis tools and processes
- Should be able to take the already written Business Requirement Documents and create functional specs from those using very structured analysis methods. These will include data flow and process flow diagrams, use cases, and user interface specifications. This person may also participate in coordinating with QA to develop test plans. They must have excellent communication skills.
- Strong facilitation and meeting management skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

The Ideal Candidate May Also Possess:
- Post-graduate degree
- Experience with variety of SDLC methods and techniques including Waterfall, CMMI, Agile, XP
- Experience with RUP, UML, and Use Cases is a plus
- Experience in a Mortgage Banking or Financial Services environment is desirable
