Description
The ideal candidate shall:
? Have a good understanding of business requirements, current system functionality and proposed new requirements
? Demonstrate superior analytical and problem solving skills; analyze options and make recommendations
? Understand, explain and utilize appropriate standards and methodologies
? Analyze and design of both changes to existing applications as well as new system requirements
? Provide application support, assist users over the phone as well as in person.
? Participate in the development and maintenance of software application documentation.
? Apply a logical approach to problem analysis and resolution ? identifying and analyzing all options
? Demonstrate ability to be a quick learner and take initiative to learn new software tools
? Be able to work independently and autonomously with enterprise/performance management issues.
? Have experience and expertise as a systems analyst,
? Strong knowledge of relational databases, and complex application requirements analysis and testing tasks associated with web-based applications.

Skill Set:
? Proficient in ASP, ASP.NET, JavaScript, XML, VBScript, Oracle, SQL Server.
? Familiarity in Business Objects and/or Crystal Reports. Preference for Business Objects experience.
? Familiarity in other ad hoc query or reporting toolsdf-tc
