Description
Modis is currently seeking a Systems Analyst with VoIP experience an exciting contract opportunity with our client in the Central New Jersey area (Middletown)

The position is expected to start immediately and last for an initial duration of 2 years. There is a high likelihood of long-term contract extension and/or full time conversion on this project.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Systems Analyst will be responsible for the end to end testing and service delivery/service assurance support for customer with VoIP Services.

This position will entail working with various business units to define complex requirements and processes/workflows that support sales, ordering, provisioning, maintenance, reporting and testing.

Candidates must have a core expertise with functional user acceptance testing and service assurance/delivery for VoIP services. A minim of 3 years experience with VoIP is required.
