Encadria Staffing Solutions is recruiting for a temp-to-hire Systems Analyst position at Georgia-Pacific Corporation. Position is first shift, Monday through Friday. Location is MARTA accessible and offers a business casual environment.

Job Description:
Responsibilities include support and development activities for applications supporting Credit, Cash Management, Risk Management, and Cash Management, Risk Management and Corporate Finance. Specific responsibilities include developing business rules, contributing to system design, testing system releases, developing user test plans, and creating system documentation. In addition to participating in SDLC activities, this responsibility will also include project management for smaller projects. Application support is required, including working with the clients in determining problems, helping to identify resolutions to those problems, ensuring data integrity with application data, and pulling ad-hoc queries based on customer and auditor needs. This responsibility requires a systems background and may require some coding but will have a greater emphasis on business knowledge.

Education: BA/BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics or Finance.

Skills: Working with in-house developed and vendor software, programming/systems background, meeting facilitation, and project management. A background in finance, credit, or accounting is a strong plus.

Competencies: Teamwork, communication (written and oral), business acumen, attention to detail, customer service orientation, problem solving.
