Description
Provides support, user education, and training for all users of business systems within 14 North American Facilities. Will generate data, in the form of computer reports and files to support informational needs of those users.

Determines how business systems can meet the needs of the business. Will work closely on projects and consolidation of data with IT staff from other business divisions. Will assist with the implementation of business systems for new facilities as required.

Provides support in all aspects of Information Technology as required, and keeps manager updated as to project status.

Experience/Skills
. BS in Information Technology or related field. . Five years of ERP experience supporting manufacturing systems required (ManMan preferred) within a manufacturing setting . Microsoft SQL experience required (reporting services preferred) . Microsoft SQL Server knowledge and experience required. Must be able to manage, update, and maintain the SQL Server database . COBOL programming experience . Knowledge of personal computers and PC application software desired . Experience with project management . Advanced skills and experience in oral and written communication
