Description
Systems Analyst needed for client located in Winston-Salem, NC. Description:
Hours can vary 20-40 per week. Some weeks there may be no need for support hours. Other weeks may require more hours.
Work with functional and technical staff to:
plete additional tasks on the Banner 6 Implementation.
2.Implement Banner 7, ODS, Luminis.
3.Develop, implement and complete system test plans
4.Implement and test system upgrades and patches
5.Manage the Student and ADS Banner implementation
6.Develop scripts to correct and complete data clean up for Banner Student and Advancement (duplicates).
7.Develop and manage interface development between Banner and university legacy systems and external agencies.
8.Manage the development of adding database triggers to make business processes more efficient.
9.Analyze Banner security and develop a more efficient method to implement.
10.Manage the Eprint project
11.Manage the touchnet project

Required:
1.Minimum of 5 years experience in SCT Banner
2.Have supported a SCT Banner 6x implementation for a higher ed institution.
3.Experience in problem solving, development and implementing a SCT Banner application
4.Skilled in creation of Oracle forms and reports (9i or higher)
5.Minimum of 4 years experience in PL/SQL, UNIX, Oracle forms 9i, Oracle App Server, Java, Perl.
6.Experience in using BANJOBS and Banner SSB.
7.Strong oral and written communication
8.Ability to train others in Banner, Oracle forms, UNIX and PL/SQL
9.Experienced in SCT Banner Converter toolkit
10.Ability to work alone or as a member of a team
Preferred:
Candidate with experience in SCT Banner workflow, Nolij, TOAD, Evisions, Formfusion, Luminis, Banner data migration.
