Description
1. Provide area-specific technical expertise (programming standards, networking, security, etc.)2. Validation and certification of project technical deliverables, including vendor deliverables.3. Identification and resolution of technical architecture issues, SLAs, development issues, testing and acceptance issues, etc.4. Create all technical documentation required, including detailed system architecture and environment cost estimates.5. Act as liaison to Technical Support Team, providing information to Development Team and Project Monitors6. Research and analyze technical risks7. Research and analyze integration, data conversion, and implementation issues involving counties and legacy systems8. Install and maintain demonstration environments9. Train Project Team, Project Monitors, and Development Team users on demonstration environments; and assist users withquestions/issues10.Work closely with assigned Business Team(s) by coordinating and facilitating JAD sessions; research and answer technicalquestions and other requests from Business Team(s)11.Coordinate efforts with counterpart to deliver answers for entire Business Team and Project Team12.Assist the Technical Lead to identify, analyze, and resolve all issues and risks concerning technical items13.Assisting with planning and execution of a product/system review.df-tc

Experience/Skills
1. Systems Analyst experience on large, complex automation implementation projects.2. Experience with the implementation of both COTS and customized applications. 3. In-depth knowledge of structured programming techniques and languages.4. Thorough knowledge of the principles of application systems development and its associated lifecycles.5. Interpersonal & Communication skills.6. Experience with large-scale projects crossing many functional areas. 7. Strong skills as related to newer technologies and system architectures.8. Excellent documentation and writing skills. 9. J2EE Architecture and JDBC10.Oracle Database and Reports Server11.Experience developing and/or utilizing role-based, enterprise level security

Preferred:1. Weblogic knowledge2. WebSphere Application Server knowledge3. Crystal Reports4. .Net knowledge5. Web Services knowledge6. Familiarity with the Statewide Technical Architecture 7.
