Description
Need someone who is very strong on the systems side-

Need a strong BSA with experience in the full SDLC using Rational tools, would be preferred if candidate had Rational Rose experience or other modeling tool experience
Experience in acting as client liaison, looking for possible consultative image, or consulting background.

Looking for leadership qualities would be a huge plusdf-tc

Experience/Skills
Systems Analysis, Rational Tools, or like modeling tool experience
Candidates must have good leadership qualities, high energy and be very organized and driven. Also would like candidates to show examples of their technical and or functional specifications.
UML documentation samples also would be a huge plus!!

Other desired skills:
Business Systems Analysis, UML, Use Case Development Rational Tool experience, must have Rational Rose or other modeling tool experience
