Description
The client is seeking a contractor to perform data base analysis per the following tasks:

- Responsible for definition, scope and implementation of functional requirement of various aspects of the Coastal Recreational Fishing License system, including but not limited to Recreational Survey Data, financial reporting and analytical data extraction and reporting.

- The selected candidate must ensure that the effort complies with legislative and management team requirements and state architecture mandates.

- The selected candidate will work with end-users, technical staff and stakeholders, utilize existing documentation, interview techniques and other readily available material to identify the requirements.

- The selected candidate will use the top-level functional requirements to develop system specifications for several functions, including but not limited to:

* Financial Analysis and Reporting
* Reporting and Analysis Tools
* Survey Module Processing

From the specifications, the selected candidate will develop, test and implement all requirements.

- The selected candidate must have experience with financial applications and information processing systems, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- The selected candidate must have worked with distributed systems in a web-based development environment in an N-tier architecture utilizing MicroSoft*s Visual Studio.Net and SQL Server 2000, specifically Visual Basic.Net and C+.Net, and Crystal Reports.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements.

The selected candidate must have Microsoft Visual Studio.Net, SQL Server 2000, Windows 2000/2003 operating system, and Microsoft Office 2000/XP experience;

Mainframe System including JCL and SAS.
