Description
Seeking a strong Systems Architect to focus on the planning and forecasting of enterprise UNIX hardware for the IT infrastructure.

Must have strong knowledge of system resource utilization, memory utilization, paging, and swapping, and their relationship to and impact on utilization of other system resources.
Experience with workload characterization for common business applications such as database, application, and web servers.
Multiple UNIX operating systems Solaris and HP-UX) and BMC's product line, including how to deploy and upgrade the products, work problem resolution with the vendor, and the strengths and weaknesses of each tool.
