Description
Ajilon Consulting is seeking a Systems Architect for a RTH opportunity. Location is Carneys Point, NJ or Washington D.C.
Minimum Requirements for this position are:
. 4 years experience in planning, implementing, and maintaining complex voice communications systems. (System is Avaya, they want 2 - 3 years experience. Experience with the Avaya 8700 / 8500 platform.)
. Considerable experience supporting of voice communications systems and architectures (e.g. PBX, Voice Mail, IVR, Call Management Systems, IVR, Voice Conferencing, Video Conferencing, Call Accounting).
. Considerable experience installing and testing voice communications hardware and software (e.g. for repairs, backups, call accounting upgrades, & CTI application deployments).
. Experience supporting a medium to large scale call center.
. Experience with Call Scripting using an Avaya system.
. Working knowledge of wiring systems that support a voice communications systems (cat 3, cat 5, T1)
. Knowledge of Unix / Linux operating systems.
. Experience serving as a liaison between clients, IT support staff and third-party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems and implement corrective measures.
. Considerable experience working with e-mail software, Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Office.
. Effective verbal & written communication skills wiht the ability to document technical solutions.
. Ability and willingness to carry a pager or cell phone and work extended hours or modified schedule for planned or emergency work.

. Octel/Modular Messaging Voice Mail platform.
. CTI type applications
. Supporting voice communications environments and in-depth knowledge of networking concepts such as VOIP, DCS, and QSIG.
. Experienced skill supporting an IVR solution.
. Experienced skill supporting a Call Management System.
. Experienced skill installing and supporting video conferencing and audio conferencing systems.
