Leading IT Professional Services organization is aggressively searching for a top-notch System Architect for its Southern California location. This is a full time opportunity with benefits! This position will encompass the following:

Facilitation of long term customer relationships through delivery of technical solutions

Maintain technology expertise & competencies to the client's customer base as well as provide pre and post sales engineering support

Experience/Skills
Must have 10 years of overall experience in infrastructure design, development and deployment, either as a system architect or system administrator.

Must possess the following technical skills & knowledge:

-An overall infrastructure knowledge in architecting complete solutions
-High Availability (Veritas Cluster Server/Sun cluster)
-Enterprise class Server Implementation (SUN F12K / F15K, IBM P690 etc)
-Enterprise Storage Technologies (SAN and NAS)
-Enterprise Backup Solutions (NetBackup, Legato-)
-Disaster Recovery planning, design and implementation
-System sizing and capacity planning
-Systems engineering (design and implement)
-Knowledge on basic Networking
-Systems & Network Management tools
-Strong knowledge of E-commerce Infrastructure
-Document projects and write implementation plans for projects involved
