Reporting to the ACS Manager of Network Administration supporting our clients, the System Administrator will be:

A seasoned, hands-on System Administrator with at least 3 years of experience implementing and maintaining software solution systems. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in the following technical areas: Microsoft Windows 2000/3, Windows NT 4.0, Desktop environments (95, NT, 98, XP, 2000), Backup systems, knowledge of TCP/IP, telecommunications support (Avaya switch, Interactive Voice Response IVR systems, Automated Call Distributor –ACD systems).

This individual will be responsible for support and the administration of our networks, assist programmers and system managers with deploying, administering, managing, and supporting systems.

We would consider it advantageous for the candidate to possess the following skill sets: Compaq certification; DHCP, WINS, DNS and HTTP.

We are seeking a strong System Administrator and PC troubleshooter to support our 100+ node, multi-site Windows NT network. This individual’s responsibilities will include the installation, repair, configuration, maintenance, and management of our Windows NT servers, desktop computers, printers and PC applications. The System Administrator will also install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers and applications. The individual chosen must have extensive knowledge ofWindows NT, Windows 95,MS Outlook, Arcserve, Rumba,and MS Office.
