May perform one or more of the following:


Responsible for supporting a Crystal report database. Must ensure that reports are generated in a timely manner and in compliance with performance standards. Tasks will include generating ad hoc query requests from clients or from operations areas and certifying the data quality of the results. Should be familiar with CMM methodology and development and implementation of quality metrics.

A Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent work experience.

Minimum 5 -7 years of progressively responsible related technical experience.
Experience with requirements gathering, data analysis and testing. The candidate should be knowledgeable in all phases of system development, CMM methodology, possess good written and verbal communication skills, and have the ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
