CDI has an exciting opportunity waiting for you! We are looking for exceptional people to help us grow! We have an immediate need for a Systems Design & Integration Specialist!

JOB DUTIES: Create scripts to update SQL Server databases. Create installs for Software Express (software delivery agent). Document technical aspects of changes and existing environment. Work with other members of team to update/maintain User Guide, installation instruction for FileNet installation Content Services 5.2 Web servcies 3.3. Develop custom reports. Provide technical support within Collaboration Infrastructure Services. Work third level trouble tickets. Assist customers with system problems.


JOB SKILLS: ASP.NET development experience preferred; C#; XML and XSLT required; Clearcase; Strong XP experience; FileNet application; Software Express packing (Microsoft MSI technology, not required). Excellent record for delivery of Distributed Computing Solutions, including design, build, test and support, and demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, motivated teams. Ability to communicate effectively with senior technical analysts, management and customers enterprise-wide. Knowledge/experience in the use, establishment and/or support of the FileNet supporting Document Management Services, products and services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are absolutely necessary; analyst will be working in an enterprise-wide cross-functional team environment and supporting an integrated production environment. Individual must have the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and to proactively anticipate and manage situations that have a direct impact to the productivity of our customers.df-tc
