Systems Development Manager - KL-SDM

Duties:

• Manage a team of Architects and provide technical assistance


• Define project scope and requirements


• Insure compliance with company standards


• Completion of projects on time including creation of database objects, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, database and application tuning, security, backup strategies and capacity planning


• Maintain Enterprise data model repository using Erwin Model Mart; publish data models on the web.


• Define tasks and design system architecture for new implementations


• Follow change management procedures between test, development, assurance and production environments


• Support development and production systems


• Assist developers with application design and performance tuning


• Staff management

Requirements:

• 10+ years experience with relational database design and administration


• Demonstrated experience with technical architecture design and development of enterprise-wide applications and databases


• Oracle experience required - emphasis on data modeling, analysis and deployment


• Erwin skills mandatory including Oracle 10g RAC


• 3-5 years minimum management/leadership experience


• Experience with design of large databases (100+ tables) and 2+TB


• Working knowledge of applications development in a distributed database environment


• Excellent communication skills


• BS Degree; Masters a plus
