May perform one or more of the following:

This candidate will interface with the client’s technical and operations staff on a daily basis. The ability to build a cohesive working relationship with many different departments including external as well as internal customers is critical to the success of the project. This candidate will act as a subject matter expert using solid interpersonal skills along with excellent oral and written communication to clearly communicate project and system information to the client as well as to the customer care staff. This candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to bring all of these skills together to win the client’s trust and confidence.
Provide day to day support and leadership for the vendors providing support and services for the technology infrastructure.

Work with various Data Centers to prioritize, facilitate and manage ongoing efforts to support multiple applications.

Work with other vendors both hardware and software to support the production environment.

Work with internal resources both within the local team as well as the extended corporate culture to facilitate timely solutions and resolution of issues that occur in the production environment.

Provide leadership for all change management in the production environment including but not limited to project management, hardware and software acquisition, hardware and software implementations and prioritization of work efforts with the various vendors.

Develop and maintain and in-depth understanding of the application architecture and application functionality for multiple varied applications, including Siebel CRM and Oracle Financials.

Develop and maintain and in-depth understanding of the application architecture and application functionality for multiple varied applications

Ensure production systems meet performance and availability requirements

Work closely with Support staff to ensure that vendors are responding and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Managing crisis situations, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems

Contract compliance from both a vendor and customer standpoint

Support Security and Audit personnel to ensure all systems meet all security and audit

Required Qualifications:


- -Experience administering network security technologies including firewalls, routers, switches, VLANs, authentication mechanisms, SSL, VPN, server hardening and encryption protocols
-Experience with LAN Administration, TCP/IP and Internet Protocols (SMTP, DNS, VPN, HTTP, SSL), Windows 2000/2003 servers, Linux and UNIX servers. *Clearcase/clearquest
-Working knowledge of various Telecommunications protocols. AVAYA switch on site.
-A strong working knowledge of various security and audit standards including but not limited to Sarbanes-Oxley, HIPPA, SAS 70, PCI and other security and audit standards.
-Experience with managing and coordinating multi-team engineering projects,
-Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to develop and deliver presentations and documents
-Solid interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with people of all levels of information technology expertise with a wide range of constituencies and organizational relationships


Functional Description:

Education and Typical Years Experience
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience -3-5 years Network administration -3-5 years Operating system administration (Linux, Windows, SunOS)
-2-4 years Database experience (Oracle, MySQL)
-2-4 year project management for large projects
-Data Center experience is required
2-4 years of Siebel CRM and Oracle Financials
