Description
Systems Engineer for the Configuration and Delivery of Valco products
Responsibilities include:
â?¢Responsibility for the configuration and installation of all Valco solutions.
â?¢Performing the installation of computer, scanning and storage equipment at customer locations
â?¢Collaboration with the project team throughout the process of delivering a solution focusing on the technical tasks while maintaining clear understanding of the overall project goals.
â?¢Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships; communication with customers on a regular basis regarding system status; follow up with customers regarding critical system problems on a timely basis.
â?¢Documenting implementation details for each customer system in accordance with the Delivery Process
â?¢Providing status reports.
â?¢Participation in process improvement for the organization.
â?¢Position located in Salem, NH with a minimum of 40% travel throughout the United States.df-tc

Experience/Skills
Qualifications:
â?¢Bachelorâ??s degree in MIS, Computer Science or Equivalent experience
â?¢1-3 years experience in design, development, installation, and maintenance of equipment at the technical level.
â?¢1-3 years experience in Information Systems and implementation of high-end systems.
â?¢Must have knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and core products such as IIS and SQL Server
â?¢Must be proficient with the Windows platform; knowledge in networking, log in procedures, file management and directories, how to invoke programs, use editors, etc.
â?¢Extremely organized, dependable, accurate, and efficient.
â?¢Able to work independently and be self-directed, completing tasks on schedule.
â?¢Good communication skills. Able to interact with customers.
