Systems Administrator - SW Development - LAMP - Network Management, IT infrastructure

* This is a senior-management (Director/CTO level) hands-on position.*

Do you have 4+ years experience as a Systems Engineer with a strong background in both network administration and software development (C, C++, java, LAMP, AJAX, ASP.NET)?

If so. read on!

What you need for this position:

* 4+ years experience:
- Managing Web application development
- Hands-on coding in multiple current application frameworks
- Management of Linux-based systems, including Cent OS, Free BSD, and Solaris
- Load balancing hardware such as foundry, big IP, and others;
* Knowledge of C, C++, XML, HTML, PHP, MySQL, LAMP, XSLT, Javascript, ASP, ASP.Net, and AJAX and how it relates to IT infrastructure
* Strong management skills with minimum 2 years in a lead role
* Recent/current work experience in a technology company, preferably online advertising;
* Must be willing to take and pass a series of technical tests in EACH of the following: MySQL, PHP4, AJAX, LAMP, XML 1.0, Java, Apache Server, Redhat Linux 9.0, and Unix Shell Script
* Hands-on experience in high-traffic Website technologies
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Computer Engineering, Masters degree a plus!

What you will be doing:

* Manage a team of developers and IT personnel and will provide leadership to the development, QA, and infrastructure departments
* Evaluate 3rd party software and hardware packages for studio use
* Work with CEO on technology implementation and roll-out
* Monitor cutting edge technology as it relates to online advertising technology for use in enhancing the Company's production and creative tool sets
* Oversee, prepare, and conduct R&D projects in addition to projects designed to support current production and creative processes
* Develop organizational technology solutions and strategy
* Develop new technology financial strategies
* Protect systems by discovering potential failures and devising protective and recovery strategies
* Update network knowledge by tracking basic research and emerging developments in technology
