Description
Must be local. No relo. Must have a current Top Secret Poly clearance.

Must have a bachelors degree or advanced degree in computer science, mathematics, information systems, engineering or other related discipline
Must have at least five years experience as a Systems Engineer in programs that encompass system architecture, requirements analysis, process development and evaluation, and standards support
Intelligence Community experience is desired
A Masters Degree may substitute for two years of experience
Knowledge of CMMI is highly desired

Position Description:
Develops and documents systems processes in support of organizational business and missions objectives and aligned with enterprise processes
Provides systems engineering support in the implementation of processes
Assists in evaluating impacts of proposed processes, including training requirements
Assists in evaluating systems engineering processes, analytically and systematically, to address problems of workflows, organization, and planning, and developing appropriate corrective action
Supports Enterprise standards activities including the development of standards profiles regarding applicable software standards and the review of system acquisition activities to ensure compliance with and adherence to stated policies and standards
