Description
The Systems Engineer is responsible for the planning, configuration, installation, upgrade, and associated troubleshooting of our Software suite of products. Responsibilities Include:•Provide technical installations, upgrades, and consultations to our clients (services performed on-site or remote)•Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards•Meet utilization metric of 80% billable service time to customers•Responsible for a high-level of customer satisfaction•Conduct scope of work calls with customers to ensure they are fully prepared for the service to be performed•Create recaps for all services performed

Experience/Skills
Requirements:•Solid experience deploying and administering Microsoft operating systems and software including 2000/2003 Server, 2000/XP/Vista Workstations, Terminal Services, Citrix, SQL Server, Clustering•Detailed understanding of Microsoft domain structures, WINS, DNS, IIS, HTTP, SOAP, XMLWebservices, WS-Security•Able to install, upgrade and troubleshoot Microsoft .Net web services•Understanding of enterprise application integration and interoperability•Strong ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with customer service experience•Bachelors degree•Microsoft certifications
