The candidate will write Tier 2 and Tier 3 systems requirements for service assurance automation projects with rules-based process automation systems.

Required:
. Verbal/written communications
. MS Office Products
. Software development process
. Telecommunications Network Management
. End-to-end knowledge of a software development process



Desired:
. Experience with Telcom operations systems and processes and work center environments
. Object oriented programming
. Rules based process (RUBY)
. Previous C++/JAVA Programming Experience
. Telecommunications Technologies Knowledge
. Data communications technologies
