Premera Blue Cross is looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to join the Client Server Engineering team. The CSE team is responsible for the design and implementation of client/server solutions, capacity management and tier 4 escalations. This team brokers new projects through the Infrastructure work-intake process: including estimation and commitment, implementation, turnover and closeout.

System Engineers on this team partner with Architects and Project Managers to plan and implement complex, technical solutions and architecture. The System Engineers identify design requirements and recommendations for capacity planning, technical currency and future direction.

Requirements: 5 years of industry related experience. Knowledge of and experienced with Windows server operating systems, and experience integrating those systems into enterprise services and network environments.

Must have experience with: Active Directory Services, server technologies, network technologies.

Experience with the following a plus: VMWare, web and database technologies.
