Description
Kforce is currently looking for a Systems Engineer. This person will be responsible for the following:
  • Recommend Telecom, telephony and data circuit solutions for projects and installed systems
  • Coordinate procurement, install, configure and support the organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet system or a segment of a network system for company main office and managed services installations
  • Architect and recommend system and network sizing, and coordinate procurement efforts for deployment projects. Architect storage design and integration. Provide technical support during project execution
  • Pre-launch customer site evaluations and documentation
  • Onsite installation and documentation of pre-tested Customer systems and interface with customer regarding system and environment before, during, and after installation
  • Prepare systems cost estimates and cost-benefit analyses. Prepare technical reports on the operation of systems
  • Pre-sales support
  • Interface with multiple vendors regarding ongoing in house and customer related projects for contracted services and equipment
  • Supervise other network support and Client Server specialists to plan, coordinate, and implement various measures
