Description
As an integral part of the sales team, the Systems Engineer will be responsible for technical sales support throughout the sales cycle. This includes the development and implementation of technical sales strategies and delivery of technical presentations and technical demonstrations.

Key Functions:
* Responsible for providing pre-sales technical support, including product presentations and demonstrations
* Work with cross-functional organizations to provide relevant customer feedback to the product/service development process
* Lead efforts to deliver customized solutions to meet customer needs
* Work directly with customers throughout the sales and account management process
* 50% travel within region

Ideal candidate will possess:

* BSEE or equivalent
* 5+ years of pre-sales support
* 3+ years of storage experience, including SAN, NAS, storage management, and back-up/recovery
* 3+ years experience with UNIX, Linux, NT/Windows Server, and TCP/IP networks
* Strong presentation, communications and customer management skillsdf-tc
