We have an immediate need for a Systems Engineering Technical Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION
Great opportunity for a four months plus contract assignment for a Systems Engineering Technical Analyst with one of our clients in Wichita, KS. This Analyst will apply systems engineering processes, methodologies and tools to the design of systems and new product development. Will apply operational experience and detailed customer knowledge to support mission, usability and cost effectiveness analyses to predict system performance and operational utility. Will assess user needs through direct and indirect means to determine the current state of operations and potential solutions for desired capabilities. Will define the operational envelope and analyze the performance of potential solutions for desired capabilities across that envelope. Will report to user community options, alternatives, required to achieve the desired capability to acquire potential business. Conducts qualitative assessment of the analysis. Defines trade studies scope, developing methodology, identifying success criteria including appropriate weighting factors, and identifying needed models/tools. Conducts trade study analysis and validates results. Prepared trade study results package for review. Prepares preliminary definition of the interfaces and specifications.
Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate of Science degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry along with a minimum of five years experience.
