This position can work out of virtual or sales offices located ast of the Mississippi, near a major airport (New York-New Jersey metro, Philadelphia, Washington,DC/ Northern Virginia/Maryland, Boston, Atlanta, Orlando, Tampa) This position will require 70-80% regional travel.=0A =0A Our client, a leader in Call Center/ Contact Center technology, is seeking several CTI Systems Integrators to=0A assist in the implementation process of the company's Call Center/ Contact Center solutions at remote customer sites.=0A =0A The CTI Systems Integrator is specifically responsible for providing Custom Design , Development and Implementation Services for Our client?s? products and solutions. The role therefore requires a wide range of technical knowledge, the ability to interpret Client requirements and translate these into technical specifications, and to use Our client?s? customization components to deliver custom Call Center Recording solutions.=0A =0A The scope of customization and integration responsibilities range from simple, single site development projects to complex, multi-site developments integrating Desktop Applications, IVR?s, Operational databases and PBX?s using CTI control. The number of projects with which a CTI Systems Integrator is involved may vary depending upon business necessity.=0A =0A As a guideline, a Our client?s CTI Systems Integrator should manage his/her time to a goal of 70% billable utilization and be accountable for his / he expenditure on projects. The position reports to the Vice President of Professional Services through the Systems Integration Manager. The position requires overnight travel.=0A =0A The CTI Systems Integrator may be asked to take a role at the quotation stage in a sales cycle and may also be asked to assume the role of Technical Design Authority (TDA) to the project team. He / she may also be involved with bid management and ensuring that the solution proposed can be met by the project team.=0A Requirements=0A ? At least 5 years experience of designing, developing, implementing and testing CTI driven Client / Server or Desktop solutions using structure development and programming techniques.=0A ? Working knowledge of telephony products and PBX CTI interfaces.=0A ? Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 98 / NT /2000 and SQL Server.=0A ? Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience=0A ? Contact Center Experience=0A ? Good presentation and communication skills.=0A ? Ability to travel.=0A Technical Skills=0A ? Development experience using one or more of the following telephony products:=0A ? Genesys T-Server=0A ? Dialogic CT-Connect/NetMerge=0A ? TAPI=0A ? TSAPI=0A ? IBM CallPath=0A ? CISCO ICM=0A =0A ? Working knowledge of one or more PBX CTI interfaces:=0A ? Avaya CT Server=0A ? Aspect Application Bridge/Prospect Server/CMI Server=0A ? Lucent Passageway=0A ? Nortel Meridian Link/Symposium=0A =0A ? Development experience of at least 5 of the following in either real-time or telephony based systems:=0A ? Development languages C/C++, Visual Basic, ASP and XML, Transact SQL=0A ? Networking and networking protocols LAN?s, WAN?s, TCP/IP and Token Ring=0A ? Web based data access and reporting using OLAP, ROLAP and Crystal Reports=0A ? Development knowledge of Dialogic (or similar) hardware.=0A ? Database Administration and development using Microsoft SQL, ODBC, Access=0A ? Component technologies. OCX?s, Active X controls, COM, DCOM.=0A ? CRM package (Siebel, Clarify, Vantive......)=0A ? Voice over IP=0A ? Voice Loggers, Call Center Quality-Assurance, Screen Capture products=0A Technical Awareness=0A ? Keep abreast of technology developments in the IT industry and maintain up to date knowledge of Our client?s products and those of other relevant vendors.=0A Business Development, Professional Services Sales and Contracting=0A ? As a key contributor in strategic sales campaigns, interface with Sales force to assist in business development, promotion of the use of Our client?s products and services, product presentations, services proposals and account strategies.=0A ? Contribute to accurate and comprehensive project plans for deploying resources (i.e.; firm?s, client and 3rd parties) assigned to projects.=0A ?
