Description
PEROT SYSTEMS CORPORATION, a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients, is currently looking for a PROJECT CONTROLS SYSTEMS INTEGRATION SPECIALIST to join our team in PASADENA, CA.

JOB ROLE:
This candidate will perform Business Analyst duties for Project Controls department by leveraging previous Project Controls and associated Application experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties will include providing strategic design processes to translate business needs into technical project management solutions along with post implementation support. This individual will be responsible for the technical correctness and completeness of integrated systems designs utilizing Primavera, VBA/SQL, and SDK technology.

required skills:



  • *Strong technical background implementing and supporting solutions that leverage Primavera's P3ec and Expedition applications*

  • *Experience implementing/utilizing Project Controls (Cost/Scheduling), and familiarity of database management *

  • *Previous experience working in a Citrix/Metaframe Web environment*

  • *experience in Project Controls application back end interface programming via VBA/SQL and SDK*


    • Desired Skills:



    • *Primavera SDK, Primavera Certified Trainer for Expedition and/or P3ecplace 1st desired skill*

    • *Visual Basic for Applications and .NET development expertise preferred, not requiredplace 2nd desired skill*

    • *Strong SQL and MS Access 2002 programming skillsplace 3rd desired skill*

    • *Strong skill set with the following programs: Primavera Expedition8.56, v 10.1place 4th desired skill*

    • *My Primavera, Primavera P3ec v 4.1 and 5.0, Primavera SDK*

    • *MS Project 2002 Project Server, Timberline and/or US Cost eSuccess Estimator*

    • *Citrix XPE, SQL Server DB administration*

    • *Certified through AACE or PMI preferred*
