Description
Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for an Enterprise Reports Team Lead to join our team in Palo Alto, CA.

Job Responsibilities:
Works with the Project Manager for the Reports Team to coordinate activities and resources between the Reports Team and with other teams that are part of the Epic project.

Implementation ensures all report environments are properly installed, configured, and tested to meet project and strategic requirements. Plans and manages the day-to-day activities of team members including prioritization of work, coordination of resources, and meeting plans. Ensures completion and high quality of deliverables assigned to the team.

Actively supports the PMO with design documentation, build audits, testing plans and scripts, training curriculum and activation plans. Ensures deliverables are approved by the appropriate users and are completed in accordance with the project time line. Reviews final product for identified functionality and completeness.

Manages identified issues by the project team bringing resolution. Escalate non resolved issues to the Project Manager. Reports completion of work plans for outstanding work, issues, and risks on a weekly basis to the Project Manager. QA sign off of deliverables for your area of responsibility.

Ensure high quality of deliverables as identified through the PMO and in conjunction with the Project Quality Control Team. Works with project teams to coordinate activities and integrate changes in the system design, build, testing, training, and go-live.

Ensures reporting requirements are documented and assists in development of unit, integration and performance testing activities. Works with vendors to ensure maximum and optimal use of tools and data to create the web single user sign on functionality.

Conducts weekly team meetings to discuss project related activities, issues, change, communications and updates. Closely matches reports to actual business needs within the context of new workflows and applications. Ensures careful analysis with the end user to understand the application deliverables, usability and performance.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of Crystal Reports and Business Objects experience

  • Oracle 9i or greater

  • 4+ yrs of strong leadership skills and have experience managing 5 or more people

  • Epic experience
