Seeking a Systems Network Administrator w/PCI DSS for a small growing service oriented company (Microsoft Gold Certified Partner) (approx. 20 employees) who is seeking to hire a Systems Network Security Administrator with 3 - 5 years general overall experience COMBINED with 1 to 2 years experience in all aspects of PCI DSS and has also led a group in this particular area of security and compliance or will consider a Network Security Administrator with 3 - 5 years general overall experience COMBINED with 1 to 2 years experience being involved and very knowledgeable in all aspects of PCI DSS but has not led a group in this particular area of security and compliance.

Services provided by this company include, but not limited to, Managed Services, WEB Hosting; Network Operations; CMS; Regulation & Payment Portals; and other custom solutions for small to large Public and Private Industries including: Healthcare, Physician Groups, Medical Associations, Banking, and Financial Industries as well as, State/County/City Government and other related Government agencies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree (Computer Science or Electrical Engineering) required
- or equivalent education and experience to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.

PCI DSS SECURITY & COMPLIANCE EXPERIENCE:
---- 1 to 2 years experience in all aspects of PCI DSS and has also led a group in this particular area of security and compliance or will consider 1 to 2 years experience being involved and very knowledgeable in all aspects of PCI DSS but has not led a group in this particular area of security and compliance.
---- Experience in PCI, including but not limited to, server security, standards, documentation, controls, testing, certification, compliance and audits.
- Either led or highly involved in the implementation of PCI-DSS and Compliance projects within a 24/7 controlled environment with stringent uptime requirements and mission-critical network implementation.
- Keeping current with industry standards including PCI-DSS security standards, best practices, implementing changes and participating in annual PCI audits in presentation of controls, systems, policies and best practices in regard to WEB hosting services, regulation and payment portals and CMS.
- Knowledgeable of Managed Services/Managing Hosting Services;

SYSTEMS, NETWORK & SECURITY EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & OVERVIEW OF CLIENT S HARDWARE & SOFTWARE:
---- 3 to 5 years general overall experience in systems, network, and security functions within any of the following areas: Network Operations Center (NOC) or internal support environment or Hosting & Managed Services or WEB Portal Services or ON-Line payment center operations or other similar types of portal services.
- Overview of Client s Hardware/Software & Functions includes but not limited to the following: CISCO ASA & Cisco/Foundry/Brocade switches/networks; WAN/LAN; VLANs; Clustering; Firewalls; SNMP; VPNs; Packet capture and decoding; Routing protocols including OSPF, BGP, DNS, IDS Systems; Load Balancing; Ping Utility; Trace Route; Sniffer Software; IIS; Windows Servers 2000/2003/2008, MS SQL Server 2000/2005/2008;Data Storage; MS Exchange Server 2000/2003/2007; MS SharePoint Server 3.0/2007; Active Directory; Antivirus software; CommVault and Live Vault backup software; Security Software; Intrusion Detection Software; and cabling/cable management.
- Experience in a 24x7, mission-critical data center environment with stringent uptime requirements, controlled change processes and mission-critical network implementation projects.
- Experience in planning, design, architecture, configuration, implementation, maintenance and monitoring of the production and corporate network; determining areas for improvement; provide evaluation of solutions; implementation and planning; and implementation and post-implementation support and evaluation.
- Managing on-call staff supporting production systems 24x7 and responding to system notifications and troubleshooting.
- Design and plan all network systems to provide redundancy and ensure optimal uptime and stability.
- Test configurations before deploying production for WAN/LAN routing and the logical structure of the network for VLAN security.
- Review vendor proposals for bids on hardware and software and provide sales staff with necessary information required for proposal responses.
- Assist in selection of switching, routing, security, and other equipment; and maintain, monitor, and back up configuration on network equipment.
- Conduct research and product evaluations for new technical products.
- Manage VPN connectivity with vendors in both production and corporate environments providing product support, troubleshooting, updates, and patches.

- MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) required

- PA-DSS Security Audit Procedures
- PA-DSS Assessment,
- QSA Certification
- CNA (Cisco Certified Network Administrator)
- CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) preferred
- CCNA Security (Cisco Certified Network Administrator Security) preferred

A PLUS:
- MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) plus
- CCSP (Cisco Certified Security Professional) plus
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) plus
- CISA Certification A PLUS

LOCATION: YOUNGSTOWN, OHIO
* Prefer qualified candidates living within a commutable distance to Youngstown (Boardman
area), OH.
* RELOCATION: Qualified candidates that may require relocation assistance will also be considered.
- FULL TIME SALARY: $75,000 - $95,000 based on level of experience
