Experience Level: Bachelor's degree plus 7-10 years related experience including familiarity with testing automation tools. Responsible for handling the most complex quality assurance and test environment problems and issues. Acts as a lead in the creation, preparation, and conduct of quality assurance reviews and the development and execution of test plans and test scripts. Works with client to establish and maintain a consistent test methodology and to resolve questions during the testing process. May serve as a coordinator for all testing activities on a project. Analyzes, tests, and certifies application-specific software and performs ambiguity reviews of business requirements and functional specification documents. Uses advanced knowledge of applications to provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and resolving highly complex test problems. Researches new products and industry methodologies and facilitates the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards. Plans and directs quality assurance schedules and assignments, and monitors project status in comparison to cost/time projections. Logs, tracks, and verifies resolution of software and specification defects. Documents all phases of QA process. Directs and serves as a mentor to less experienced staff.

This Data Analyst position reports to the CCT QA Manager and is accountable for providing quality control assessments on data which resides within a data warehouse. The Analyst collects, reviews and inputs test data into a computer processing system, identifies and resolves data related errors, maintains and revises procedural lists, control records and coding schemes to process source data.
- The Analyst monitors processing activities of the Datawarehouse and responds to problems that may occur to ensure accurate and timely delivery of data to internal and external databases.
- The Analyst will also write and monitor test scripts, queries, or programs which perform quality control assessments on the data.
- The Analyst provides customer support by interfacing with customers to resolve problems concerning data issues.
- The Analyst must have experience reviewing and understanding requirement documents, design and specifications documents (conceptual data models, logical and physical data models and data dictionaries.
- The Analyst is required to evaluate all documentation, identify gaps and develop test plans, test scripts and test mitigation strategies.
- The Analyst must work effectively with Project Managers, Business Analysts, technical team resources and business partners to ensure clarity of requirements, test plans and test results.
- The KPIs for this position is to deliver all assigned work on time, on budget with zero defects. To the extent that defects are unavoidable, the Analyst must develop a mitigation strategy that is approved by the QA Manager, MIS Manager and business stake-holders.
- The ideal candidate is a college graduate in Management Information Systems (MIS) or Computer Science with interest and studies in economics and finance.

- A bachelor's degree is required. Additional skill requirements include relational database experience, advanced knowledge of data warehousing, good communications skills (oral and written) and advanced computer experience.

- Must be dependable and willing to work different shifts for this 24/7 operation

- Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision
