Position Description: Experience Level: Bachelor's degree plus 7-10 years related experience including familiarity with testing automation tools. Description: Responsible for handling the most complex quality assurance and test environment problems and issues. Acts as a lead in the creation, preparation, and conduct of quality assurance reviews and the development and execution of test plans and test scripts. Works with client to establish and maintain a consistent test methodology and to resolve questions during the testing process. May serve as a coordinator for all testing activities on a project. Analyzes, tests, and certifies application-specific software and performs ambiguity reviews of business requirements and functional specification documents. Uses advanced knowledge of applications to provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and resolving highly complex test problems. Researches new products and industry methodologies and facilitates the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards. Plans and directs quality assurance schedules and assignments, and monitors project status in comparison to cost/time projections. Logs, tracks, and verifies resolution of software and specification defects. Documents all phases of QA process. Directs and serves as a mentor to less experienced staff.

- This QA Analyst position reports to the CCT IVR/QA Test Lead and is accountable for developing test plans & test scripts, executing test scripts and defect management. All testing is considered complex and involves contact center technology which includes IVR, CTI (routing and reporting), Desktop applications and MIS. The Analyst is expected to have extensive experience testing these components.
- The Analyst must have experience reviewing requirement documents, design and specifications documents (such as call flow documents, functional specification documents, production implementation documents and technical specification documents).
- The Analyst is required to evaluate all documentation, identify gaps and develop test plans, test scripts and test mitigation strategies.
- Under the direction of the QA Test Lead, the Analyst must work effectively with Project Managers, Business Analysts, technical team resources and business partners to ensure clarity of requirements, test plans and test results.
- The KPIs for this position is to deliver all assigned work on time, on budget with zero defects. To the extent that defects are unavoidable, the Analyst must develop a mitigation strategy that is approved by the QA Manager and business stake-holders.

- Superior communication skills, both oral and written are essential.
- All work must be performed on site; telecommuting is not an option.
