We have an immediate need for a Systems Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Perform IT General Computer Control and SOX assessments: Examine, update and document various processes and controls around Information Security, IT Infrastructure, Change Management, Application Controls and Computer operations.
2. Technical Skills : Ability to extract files from multiple sources - Lotus notes databases, mainframes, etc; create Microsoft excel tools to simplify/enable easier data analysis. Work with excel, access and other office tools to automate reports, analysis, research, etc
3. Document IT process procedures, control design and effectiveness in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act controls requirements and Daimler Standards.
4. Work closely with the IT (SOX) Governance team in compliance efforts, communicating audit and control related issues/findings on a regular basis, including process improvement opportunities and risk mitigation strategies.
5. Ability to collect information and establish facts, summarize results, etc
6. Ability to multitask within a flexible environment
7. Strong ability to adapt to changes and continuously meet deadlines

Knowledge of IT operations, IT Strategy, Project Management, related certification (desired)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
