Description
The ideal candidate will provide customers and end users with product and technical support by coordinating the activities of workers while delivering excellent technical support with a high degree of customer satisfaction and timeliness. This position will require travel within the U.S.Duties and Responsibilities:-Creates systems for responding to customer inquiries via telephone, online networks, and mail.-Advises upper management on issues arising from problems identified through technical support calls with customers.-Creates user documentation-Creates SOX documentation-Able to run and terminate simple network drops-Handles customer problems that appear to arise from the use of the product.-Travel to offsite locations on a daily basis to help resolve user issues-Provides assistance to the network administrator-Provides users with network technical supportThese are just a few of the require duties: Other duties may be assigned
