DESCRIPTION
The candidate will work in call center environment receiving calls from agents and/or customers regarding service affecting issues.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and assist in technical calls with customers, vendors, and technicians as needed to identify and resolve equipment problems
Coordinate testing schedule and assist Customer Project Managers, local exchange companies, and/or technicians to isolate and resolve network or customer equipment problems
Interface with internal departments (Provisioning, billing, sales, work center supervision, etc)

Qualifications:
  • Troubleshooting skills involving T1 circuits is also required
  • Word, Intermediate Required
  • Excel, Intermediate Required
  • Powerpoint, Intermediate Required
  • T1 Troubleshooting, Intermediate Required
  • IP Knowledge, Intermediate Required
