This position supports ACS's Transportation Solutions line of business. It is a full-time, permanent position. The incumbent will be eligible for health insurance, life insurance, dental and vision the first of the month following thirty days of employment. Two weeks of paid vacation per year as well as paid holidays and paid sick time.
***POSITION WOULD BE LOCATED AT New York Penn Station in New York City.*** (Employee can ride the train from Newark directly to the Penn Station office).
The incumbent will perform component level corrective maintenance on components from Ticket Vending machines (TVMs) Ticket Office Machines (TOMs) Gates and Validators.
May perform one or more of the following Key Functions:

Perform component and board level maintenance of all components of TVMs, TOMs, TOMs, Gates and Validators.
Perform required corrective maintenance.
Document all activities in computer using various programs.
Computer skills to include MS Word and Excel.
Light administrative duties (Entering Service Report Data).

Special Skills Needed:

Troubleshooting Skills
Mechanical Skills
Customer Service Skills
Weekend work required.

Education and Typical Years of Experience:
High School and 2-3 years of Electronics Training or equivalent experience.
