Duties and Responsibilities: Understanding of the key processes to establish GSM roaming services required by a GSM operator; Verifying that the billing system implementation for Roaming Partner information, tariffs, and SDR rate is producing the expected output in agreed TAP format and is accurate. Setting up and testing the communication and configuration with the chosen Data Clearing House. Exchanging AA.14 and Billing and transfer with Roaming Partners for TAP set up and validation. General troubleshooting and support to Roaming Partners and Billing Vendor if needed. Providing general CDR and CD/TD TAP file and document expertise. Work with Roaming Department for coordinating with all groups to prepare for roaming testing;TAP files for all services, but not limited to Voice, SMS, GPRS, CAMEL. Responsible for outcollect and incollect TADIG testing process with all new operators, including coordination between billing vendor and Data Clearinghouse. Monitor GSM InfoCentre Website for issues requiring updates to documentation, participation in BARG. Assist with special and or/GSM related projects as needed. Meets and exceeds team member expectations by providing service and department teamwork; Demonstrates teamwork by cooperating and assisting co-workers as needed; Communicates effectively with customers, co-workers and management; Performs other duties as required to provide excellent service and teamwork; Trains client on TADIG testing if required.
Job Requirements: Technical Requirements-Bachelor's Degree in telecommunications, IT or business related field preferred. A minimum of two year's experience in wireless roaming. Basic computer skills such as MS Office Suite and Internet functions, technical knowledge, TAP Testing Tool kit, Steve, billing, and GSM standards. Ability to identify and resolve problems, self-motivated, effective time manager and enthusiastic. Professional and effective verbal and written communication skills. Required Interpersonal Skills-Exceptional customer service skills and demeanor, along with the innovative ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical clients. Excellent analytical, multitasking, and communication skills (both verbal and written), detail orientation and familiarity with testing and troubleshooting techniques. Strong prioritization skills in a fast paced, time sensitive environment. Good interpersonal skills. Good control and follow-up skills. Good decision making skills. Proactive Listening. Strong leadership skills. The ability to excel in a team environment is essential under limited supervision.

Manager Provided Job Details:This position will report to the Outsourced Roaming Product Manager. The TADIG Analyst may work onsite at Client location assisting in roaming implementation. The successful candidate will be a self starter and must have excellent communication skills and previous Telecom experience.
