SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Recruiting Manager is responsible for performing all recruiting responsibilities and assuring the overall effectiveness of KTC recruiting and placement functions: utilizing all available resources to attract qualified employees and matching them to the jobs for which they are best suited; directing, supervising, and training the recruiting staff.


REPORTS TO:

Director of Operations & Client Services


JOB DUTIES:
Job Duties include but are not limited to the following:

. Responsible for business development including identifying and defining job requirements, bill rates (1099's), and publishing to all Business Development Teams.
. Manage Staff Agreements with clients regarding KTC Staff Augmentation Services, related fees, and other applicable agreement terms; modifying when required.
. Managing the day-to-day activities of recruiting staff, including candidate searches, screening, interviewing, marketing, and new hire processing.
. Responsible for the timely and accurate submission of weekly and monthly recruiting activity reports by recruiters to management.
. Responsible for assuring that recruiters are successful in achieving their individual "Point System Goals", and taking necessary action when required.
. Responsible for maintaining an up-to-date candidate database, and for maintaining recruiting databases subscriptions, i.e., DICE, , , etc.
. Responsible for assuring that the recruiting staff is thoroughly familiar with and adhere to equal employment opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws.
. Performs other related duties as assigned by the Director of Operations & Client Services.


QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.


EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

Bachelors Degree and a minimum of five years of personnel recruiting experience: report writing skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills; detail oriented; Thorough knowledge of recruiting computer databases.








LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of clients, and the general public. Ability to communicate in a very positive and convincing manner.


MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as commissions, and percentages. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.


REASONNING ABILITIES:

Ability to define problems and solve practical problems: collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
