SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Recruiter is responsible for performing all recruiting functions and utilizing all available resources to attract qualified permanent (W2), and temporary (1099), employees and matching them to the jobs for which they are best suited.

Recruiting Manager


JOB DUTIES:
Job Duties include but are not limited to the following:

. Responsible for business development including identifying and defining job requirements, bill rates (1099's), and publishing to all Business Development Teams.
. Managing Staff Agreements with clients regarding KTC Staff Augmentation Services, related fees, and other applicable agreement terms and modifying when required.
. Perform recruiting activities including candidate searches, screenings, interviewing, marketing, new hire processing, checking references, and employee post employment follow-ups.
. Search available resume Internet sites for resumes of candidates that fit the defined requirements of open Prime and Sub-contract positions.
. Make introductory or pre-screening call to possible qualifying candidates for open positions; identify their availability, skills match, experience, education, clearance, salary requirements, and educate possible candidates on KTC.
. Interview each candidate asking a series of pre-defined questions and record responses. Confirm or negotiate salary or hourly rate to match company margin goals and candidate requirements.
. Market qualifying candidates to account managers and submit agreed upon candidate's resumes to clients.
. Confirm all information on new hire paperwork, i.e., personal, position/labor category, contract, billing and pay rates, start date, etc.
. Manage consultant's affairs after hire, including time sheet submissions, job satisfaction reviews, and scheduled check-ins.
. Enter and maintain up-to-date information in KTC proprietary database of all identified candidates.
. Track all recruiting activities on the required report form/spreadsheet, and submit weekly and monthly to Recruiting Manager.
. Meet or exceed all individual "Point System Goals".
. Perform other related duties as assigned by Recruiting Manager.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Bachelor Degree and a minimum of three years of personnel recruiting experience; report writing skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills. Posse a thorough knowledge of recruiting computer databases, and detail oriented.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of clients, and the general public. Ability to communicate in a very positive and convincing manner.
