Description
Adecco Engineering and Technical, a division of the world leader in the recruitment of engineering and information technology professionals, has an immediate long term contract opportunity for a Technical Trainer working with our client in the Cary, NC area.

Qualifications:
40-60% overnight travel
3-5 years experience in troubleshooting, installing and/or supporting biomedical or IS systems clinical applications - preferably in the Healthcare field
Candidate must possess excellent analytical and interpersonal communication skills
Must be highly computer literate with Windows, MS Office and Internet Technology
Proficiency in technical writing

May be required to become proficient to provide training to HITS products in one or more of the following:
- Database programs - SQL Server and others, Scripting, reporting engines, analytics
- Database tools, OS monitoring tools, VPN software
- Wireless - Enterprise level/managed networks
- RF Principles
- Networking (TCP/IP, Routing and Switching, Subnetting, Security)
- Enterprise level hardware (server/client OS, SANS, RAID)
- Telephony (PBX/VOIP)
- Middleware (Rhapsody, etc)
- HL7 and other interface communication protocols (desired)
- Must demonstrate logical troubleshooting techniques, methodologies, and skills

Education/Experience Required:
Associates Degree
A+ Certification (both hardware and OS)
N+ Certification
