Description



This position is responsible for maintaining telecommunication services and equipment. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve first level issues related to all telephony related equipment. Assist vendor support service groups to ensure proper escalation during outages and/or other periods of degraded system performance. Ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained and assets are managed for telecom and LAN equipment.
