Typically working in the greater Bay area with possibility of dispatch to further locations. Resolves trouble tickets, completes service requests, supports projects, supports store builds, remodels, closures.
Skills Desired: Experience with maintenance support for Nortel Option 11 thru Option 81C Experience with supporting telecom components of user moves, adds and changes Familiarity with Octel Voicemail system Cisco VoIP experience a plus Basic knowledge or experience with Cisco Routers and Switches a plus Experience working with local Telco carriers AT&T, Verizon etc. on circuit issues Experience installing and terminating cable Extensive travel by personal vehicle throughout the region Must be able to transport equipment in personal vehicle Good communication and customer service skills Self motivated
