Description
Acxiom Corporation is currently seeking a Test Analyst for our Conway, AR location. The Test Analyst is primarily responsible for the analysis, design, planning, execution and maintenance of automated and manual testing, reporting of test results and defect management.

What would you be doing?
Executing test cases / Scripts and analyzing outcomes
Performing testing and documenting the actual results
Performing all aspects of defect tracking
Creating test data if required
Developing test scripts, test conditions, test procedures and expected results for one or more test plans, including product, component, assembly, performance, and user acceptance tests
Developing and maintaining testing standards and procedures
Executing test scripts
Validating fixes and ensures follow through to all test cycles
Informing the test lead of any issues that may affect the schedule, budget, or quality of the product or the testing process
Reporting bugs for analysis
Documenting the actual results and metrics
Analyzing defects to determine root cause
Communicating execution status to the Test Manager
Organizes testing execution and results
Maintaining information in appropriate testing tools
