Adecco Engineering and Technical, a division of the world leader in the recruitment of engineering and information technology professionals, has an immediate opening for a Test & Evaluation Engineer, an opportunity with a leading company in Sierra Vista, Arizona.

In this position candidates will be will be responsible for supporting certification of ACAT, non-ACAT, and Legacy systems' joint interfaces through data collection, reduction, analysis, and post-test report development. Examine planned test event network architectures for joint participation and realistic network configuration to identify data types generated/exchanged between joint participants. Verify test setup, anticipated data collection nodes, and data collection formats. Identify computer hardware/software tools to support data collection, data reduction, analysis, and reporting capability. Research System Requirements Documents (CDD, CPD, ISP, TEMP, etc.) to identify subsystem critical joint interfaces and joint interoperability requirements to assist development of Interoperability Certification Evaluation Plans (ICEP) and other plans and reports. Will participate in system DT&E/OT&E event data collection and assist in the modification of test plan documentation. Assist in site surveys (assessing network connectivity and security issues), network troubleshooting, and identification of joint external interface anomalies and perform Real Time analysis. Some travel, including overseas, may be required. Test events may require up to 2 weeks continuous travel. Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government issued Secret security clearance within 90 days of start date.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years experience directly related to this position; an additional 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree requirement. Must have demonstrated capability to work on teams and independently. Must be able to assist in coordinating the review, comment and signature cycle of test plan/report documentation. Must have demonstrated competencies utilizing MS Office, MS Project, MS Access, MS Excel, Remedy and Visio.

Experience Required: Prior DT&E/OT&E event planning/execution experience, prior Military Service Instructor/Evaluator qualifications, experience utilizing Tactical Data Links and/or DoD C2 and communication systems in a testing or Joint environment, an active Secret/Top Secret/SCI clearance, technical document writing experience, technical certifications or Network operational experience
