We have an immediate need for a TIVOLI USAGE AND ACCOUNTING MANAGER (TUAM) OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

JOB DESCRIPTION
Role is responsible for the administration, configuration, and operations of TUAM based chargeback and accounting solution IT Specialist or Software Engineer

Business Impact without the resource:
- TUAM Skills
- Understand how to use the TUAM interface to configure and execute Jobrunner scripts, and to verify results.
- Understand basics of TUAM data base schema to help verify data accuracy.
- Understand how TUAM process engine, data collectors, and Web reporting serves components to execute daily and monthly processing runs.
- Ability to install TUAM patches, understand enough about installation and configuration to debug problems.
- Ability to create custom report templates or run custom reports to help validate data accuracy.
- Ability to use advanced Excel spreadsheet function to help verify data accuracy.
- Good understanding of a metering, accounting and chargeback application. ITIL standard, and how usage accounting management tool relates to finance and accounting management process.
- Extensive/Comprehensive experience

Estimated Labor Cost:
- Ability to perform application problem isolation, re-creation, resolution. Resolve advanced problems that have operational causes. Examples are: account code maintenance and application mapping process, invoice validation, analysis and reconciliation, rate table maintenance, TUAM audit track.
- Good understanding of AIX, Linux and Windows commands, shells scripts, and directory structures.
- Good understanding of MF/zOS, JCL, MVS System Management Facility, TSO/ISPF commands.
- Basic understanding of AIX, Linux, Windows user privileges and other basic concepts.
- DB2 Ability to understand data model and how applications interact with database.
- Basic understanding of SQL programming language for problem determination work.
- Understand how data model can be represented in IDML/XML format.
- Understand how to create and load IDML files.
- Understand how remote access tool (SSH,Citrix) works.
- Understand how to create and deploy keys.
- Basic understanding of DNS, firework and routing.
- Self-starting and self-teaching; good communication skills
