Description
TANSON is currently seeking individuals with the drive and desire to work within our system to build a business for themselves to quickly reach a level which will enable them to earn well in excess of 100k a year.
We seek professionals who can contribute to both their own personal growth and our office's growth. As an Executive Recruiter, you will use the telephone, email and your communication skills. You will be accountable for networking and establishing long-term relationships with client companies and candidates to build your business.
We need the right people to help us expand our Technology group into new areas.
Technical Recruiter will be responsible for the following:
- Utilize creative, professional and ethical recruiting methods to identify top-performing candidates for open positions
- Initiate contact with new and existing client companies and develop relationships
- Manage the hiring process from start to finish
- Maintain contact database
- Develop recruiting strategies and recruitment plans
Requirements:
- Target industry specific knowledge preferred
(Strong experience in the area you are recruiting)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and organization
- Self-starter, goal-oriented with desire to succeed
- Motivation and initiative to follow tasks and projects through to completion
- Sense of urgency with the ability to multi-task under pressure
- Computer skills - Word, Outlook, Internet searches
- Ability to learn and adapt to a changing environment
- Ability to work in a virtual office environment
- "Whatever it takes" work ethic
